Our ophthalmic lenses are guaranteed for precision, tailored to the prescription information that you provide.

We understand that everyone´s head shape and size are unique as well, and that is why we always recommend you to consider bringing your glasses to your local optical shop to have them personally fitted to your individual needs for maximum comfort and grip. And don’t worry; based on our experience in the eyewear retail business, fittings are usually performed free of charge or a small fee under $10!

We at Eyewear Magic want to finish the work right! Within 30 days of receiving our product(s), if any factory defect is found and the product(s) are returned to us, we will provide you with a 100% refund, including both way shippings.
Non - Factory Defect Returns
Within 30 days of receiving our product(s), If you wish to return, we will be happy to provide a 50% refund off the product(s)’s original purchase price* as a token of our apology for your dissatisfaction.
Exchanges
If you feel that you would like to exchange the product(s) which you have received, you can return the unwanted product(s) within 30 days of receiving the product(s). We will be glad to refund 50% of the purchase price of the returned product(s) back to you. You can then make a new order for the desired product(s) and we will be happy to provide you with one (1) free regular shipping on this order!
Conditions
Please make sure that the following conditions are met before you return:

  • The frame is not damaged, scratched or dented and is in resalable condition**;
  • The glasses and accompanying accessories, including case, cloth and gifts, are returned at the same time and in their original state;
  • Return postage is pre-paid – we don’t accept collect shipments nor refund return postage.
Return Procedure
1) Contact our customer service via E-mail (cs@eyewearmagic.com) or via live chat and notify us of your return. To ensure that all correspondence is received, we strongly urge you to add cs@eyewearmagic.com to your e-mail contact list to prevent filters from blocking our replies. Also, please leave us your phone number in the event that we are unable to reach you via customer service E-mails. We will send you a confirmation E-mail that includes your Return Authorization Number. Please print out the confirmation E-mail and include it as part of your return package. We apologize that we do not accept returns without a printed version of the confirmation E-mail enclosed in the return package.

2) Please ensure that the glasses are packaged properly to prevent damage and include all accompanying accessories as well as a copy of the original packing slip and all insurance claim receipts we have issued with the order(if any). Enclose all required documents in the original packing box, tape the box securely, and send it to the address listed below.

3) We will let you know as soon as we receive your returned product(s). Our opticians will then examine the eyeglasses thoroughly again to ensure that they have met our quality standard. If any factory defect is found, we will refund 100% including all shipping costs back into your credit card account immediately; if no defect is found, we will issue a refund according to the time that you have initialized your return procedure.
